PetullaIngredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 500ml milk 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7g dried yeast 
  • flour added until the mixture is thick
  • sunflower oil for frying

Method 

Put 2 eggs into a bowl then add milk, salt and the yeast.  Then add flour till the mixture becomes thick. Leave to rise for 1/2 hour, then roll the dough into 2 balls and flatten out and cut into small cubes. Put the pan on the hob and put sunflower oil into the pan. When it is very hot fry the cubes in small amounts until they are golden coloured.

Enjoy with the feta cheese.Smile
