Fish Dumplings recipe

Who likes tasty fish?

My friend in Lithuania gave me this recipe.  It's easy and delicious!  This is enough for 4 to 6 people.


  • any kind of fish fillets - one kilogram
  • one onion
  • one egg
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs (dried) or fresh finely chopped
  • add salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 250 grams of sour cream
  • one tablespoon of oil to fry the fish dumplings


  1. Combine fish and chopped onion add the raw egg and add herbs, pepper and salt and mix up like mince form into small dumplings (use your hands).
  2. Put the dumplings into the oil in the frying pan and cook for a few minutes and turn over and cook for a few minutes longer.
  3. Then put the dumplings into a baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

Very tasty with fresh salad.
