CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION ACTIVITIES

at John Gray Centre, Haddington

from 30 November-22 December

Children's Christmas Craft Workshop is on Saturday 30 November from 10 am. till noon. The workshop, as well as other activities, are free and can be booked by emailing qhuff@eastlothian.gov.uk

From 1-12 December families can find the figures from the 12 Days of Christmas hidden around the John Gray Centre. There will be daily prizes for people finding characters. On 14-th of December from 10 am-3 pm. and on 15-th of December from 1.30 pm.-3.30pm., families will be able to make Christmas decorations and crafs to take home. On the Saturday there wil also be a few special star guests, as Santa and his elves will be there, giving out presents to children. There will also be live music and mince pies for visitors to enjoy.  Finally there will be one last Christmas activity session on Sunday 22 December from 1.30pm-3.30pm. upstairs in the museum at the John Gray Centre. Hogmanay - Family Ceilidh

Location: Venue 1

 Lively fun for all the family with pipers, ceilidh band and Scottish Country dancers. Watch the dance display then join in, a caller will keep you right. No dance experience required.

Hogmanay - Sonsie Music: Moose In The Hoose

Lantern parade & Fireworks

Time 6.30 pm- 8pm

Free

Join the Lantern Parade led by Edinburgh Samba Band, dancers and illuminated walkabout birds. Carry your lantern or just come along eith your own lantern or torch and join in the fun. Tha parade ends at Fisherrow Links for spectacular display of fireworks.
